What we collect and why
Our enquiry form collects your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, chosen service, project location and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.
Your consent
We rely on your consent to process the information you submit through the enquiry form. You give that consent by selecting the checkbox before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.
How long we keep enquiries
We retain enquiry information for 12 months, then delete it unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. If an enquiry becomes a project, we will explain any separate records needed for that relationship.
Services that support this website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Web3Forms processes form submissions for delivery to our team. When enabled, Umami provides cookieless website analytics to help us understand page visits and enquiry actions; we do not send your form contents to analytics. These providers may process information outside Nigeria. We remain responsible for using appropriate safeguards for personal information handled on our behalf.
Cookies and external services
This website does not set cookies. Google Maps is loaded only when you choose “Load map”; Google then receives the information needed to provide its map, including your IP address. WhatsApp, telephone and email links open the service you choose. Those services handle information under their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy where applicable. You may object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@efwillies.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission . We welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly first.

We limit access to enquiry information to the people who need it to respond. Please contact us if you believe information sent through this website has been used incorrectly.
